Our club holds two point shows yearly.  They will be held back-to-back in September.

Presents educational programs at its monthly meetings which are open to the public

  Organizes and supervises reasonably priced obedience classes for members and non-members

Arranges and sponsors show handling classes        

Awards scholarships to local students pursing degrees for Veterinary Technology or DVM/VMD

Donates to Canine Research charities

  Contributes to the community - the PMKC actively supports the SPCA, NorthEast Search and Rescue, .The West End Ambulance and other local organizations and programs.

  Helps out in times of disaster or emergency in any location with financial aid, food, etc. for the rescue and welfare of dogs

  Maintains a breeder referral service - we attempt to refer potential dog buyer/owners to reputable breeders

  Keeps abreast of legislative efforts that can be beneficial or detrimental to dogs and takes action as necessary
